When I have to be a passive smoker

I feel like working in a construction environment though it is not
The smell is everywhere even in the toilet and gives me headache
People said use staircase instead of lift, your office is just 1 stair up!! Initially, I love to do that but my lung will get polluted..
This is another never ending story..responsible parties, please do something!!
